You can totally customise this recipe to be a blend of your favourite nuts and fruits, but try this recipe first, it is the perfect balance of chocolate, nuts and fruit.

INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp raw cacao
4 tbsp peanut butter / other nut butter
¾ cups dates
½ cup nuts, we use almonds and walnuts
2 tbsp Tomorrow Foods Cricket Flour
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
½ cup desiccated coconut
METHOD
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until it is well chopped and combined (add a little more coconut oil if the mixture is too dry but the mixture should be a little sticky).
2. Roll into snack-sized bites, and garnish as desired. We used a little toasted coconut.
3. The balls are ready to eat straight away but will firm up nicely in the fridge.
