1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup linseed / flax seed
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup Cricket Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 tsp flaky sea salt, to sprinkle

1. Heat oven to 170C. Place all seeds, Cricket Flour and salt into a bowl. Add the water and mix to combine. Leave it for 15 minutes for the flax seeds and chia seeds to soften and bind with the ingredients together.

2. Tip mixture out onto a baking paper lined tray. Spread the mixture as evenly as possible with a rubber spatula, aim to get it about 4mm thick all over. Sprinkle desired amount of sea salt over the top.

3. Bake for 10 minutes, and remove from the oven. Cut the mixture into crackers with a pizza cutter or knife. Then place back into the oven to bake for another 40 - 50 minutes until crisp and golden. Remove and allow to cool on a rack and store in an airtight container.
